I used Lisa as my agent when I was looking for property in Cape Coral/Ft. Myers, Fl., to be my permanent home when moving from NC. She was so patient and always eager to get my questions answered quickly. She helped me find a great buy, within my budget, with a breathtaking view in a convenient neighborhood. Negotiations got complicated because it was a foreclosed property and I was still living in NC. Lisa handled it like the pro she is and made the long drawn out process happen solving every problem that arose. I am now enjoying my beautiful water-front home and am so glad Lisa didn’t let me get discouraged. She is a very positive agent and I highly recommend her.
